“HI!  I am Jessica and welcome to my site.  I am a self publisher & publishing consultant who can help save you time & money.”  I wanted to develop this WordPress site into something a bit different.   Firstly, this site was the home of my children’s book, Bud & Roo’s Spectacular Adventures, and now I have developed it to show everyone how easy it is to be their very own self publisher.  No gimmicks or pointless downloads.  If you just simply read along & follow you can learn how to create books that people will love.  You won’t keep getting annoying emails in your inbox or more subscriptions to follow (although some believe email marketing helps) from this site.  Just join in the fun & read the content.  Please email me if you have any personal questions.  And, please leave your comments on the site if you’d like to comment!  No pressure, no problems!

a little about me:
I have over 10+ years teaching young adults of all levels.  I used to teach Special Needs Language Arts (Reading, Creative Writing, Grammar) in New Jersey, USA.  Shortly, after moving to the U.K.  I continued my teaching, but in the field of Psychology.  After deciding to start a family I decided to pursue my own creative writing endeavors.  I re-printed one of my young adult poetry books that was published, self-published a self-help ebook (after all, I am an expert psychologist) as well as published a children’s book.  I write for several blogs worldwide.  I continue to write (start, stop, start, stop) screen plays & have a few pieces of writing that I am working on.  It is tough to complete everything you want to do when you have 3 small children under the age of five!

Presently, I run & own St. Albans Wellness Centre where I practice as a Counselling Psychologist as well as continue to concentrate on self-publishing other authors as well as my own works.  I work with a team of computer designers, illustrators, animators and editors that can help you with your publication needs.  In St. Albans, Hertfordshire where I am living at present, we have a really cool group of creative people who support each other’s businesses.  So, if you are in need of illustrators or if your WordPress blog or website banner needs sorting- get in touch!  I am in touch with many creative people and would love to help!  Why?  Because I believe in Karma and I am a kind person.   I think that creative people need a little nudge sometimes.  It’s all about focusing!
